10 Alan Rowe is a college recruiter and founder of the United College Action Network (U-CAN), which assists students who want to attend four-year Historically Black Colleges and Universities. He has helped thousands of California students get admitted to colleges with millions of dollars of scholarships. Alan Rowe College Prep opened in August of 2013.
